Hello strangers! I hope everyone is well, I miss the banter on here!

Just stopping in to say although the debt busting isn't going amazingly well (though, watch this space... it's getting there!), I've nearly met my weight loss target already. The running is going well, I'm nearly back to the fitness I was before my mate ended up in hospital and the running took a back seat. Also, just booked a holiday to climb Kilimanjaro. Another challenge ;)

Pop me down for 10lbs :D I'll need a new target soon!

    #57 10/14 lbs.
    Where 've you been? :D

  • Welcome back Pedro!

Well done to all those who've made debt payments :j. I've not been able to spend much time commenting on peoples' posts recently as I seem to have been really busy but have caught up now on this and other threads so just need to make sure I read everything daily so it doesn't mount up.

I also need some inspiration as I otherwise I think I will be sliding back into 'spend mode' while I'm not at Uni and this will not be good for debt payment . Need to keep focussed!!!

I'm slightly amused with myself this evening, I'm really hoping that I don't get sent to Canada this month as I can then put more money towards my debt instead of keeping it one side "just in case". Most people would be thrilled that their work would send them to such places. Ho hum, not long until debt freedom :)

Hope everyones had a good day x

Well done to all those knocking their debt off recently, good to see.

I am having a really bad day with my depression today, when I feel like this it is just the worst spiral, I isolate and then feel worse. I have been having some fairly bad thoughts but am trying to remind myself it is chemical and will pass. This is about as well as I can do in terms of reaching out to people so I hope y'all don't mind.

People who haven't experienced it really have no idea what it's like. Being alone in the house the whole time doesn't help either I guess.

Sorry this is a bit off topic but I had to say something :(

Aaaw BNS I hope you soon feel a bit perkier, I suffer with depression too (it's the family curse) and it's grim sometimes. I find that I'm very affected by the weather, feel ok when it's sunny but then dip when it's grey, is it grey where you are?
I keep taking the tablets :o
