I just got a text from 3 saying they are putting my contract up in line with inflation, it's a CONTRACT! They can't do that! I'm not allowed to change the terms of the contract but they are??

Can I refuse the increase like you can with a credit card?

I'm pretty sure you can as there was a big thing with orange doing it a while back. Might be something around the forum or site itself.

I'd complain and threaten to move as soon as the contract ends. Cheeky muggers.

Hi, just checking in with everyone. I was away on business last week, so not much news.

I've corrected by signature as I keep getting muddled up with how much I've got left versus how much I've paid off since I started.

After reducing the M&S card to below £6k I went and reduced the limit to £6k, so now I have no availability on the card until I make my next payment which is no bad thing, I know I won't be tempted but I can never be sure about DH!!

Oh and as part of my "Fit for 40" campaign I have signed up for the Big Fun Run 5k on 19th August just before my birthday!! Woo Hoo never done anything like that before.

Ooooo enjoy HK and BKK psycho! so jealous!!

Good thinking on the M&S card Bongle :) DH has just agreed to get rid of his MBNA after they chopped his limit to £1K as he took out one of their sister cards for a BT, im not complaining I thought it was a cac deal anyway with those stupid red points for spends that entered you into a comp. 10 years he's had that card and he never won owt!
