4:30am they finished!!!! That was a loooong shift, so glad when it was over that I tidied my bedroom up whilst drinking champagne with my housemates fiance....it was his champers not mine, I can't afford that lifestyle. Off up the allotment now to distract me from buying a new sewing machine as mine is kaput! The one I've spied is £1600 and would be amazing as it does embroidery as well1!! Maybe I will buy it when I am debt free, or maybe I'll just have to sell shed loads of things I make to buy it....

No debt busting so far today, but I haven't checked if my sister has paid me yet or not.

Ooh she has paid me, although she still owes me another £12 for this month grrr will chase her on that one.... so another £50 off my total please :D

Hi! I haven't been in here since the second thread! Me and my OH are now on £1,482.55, so it hasn't gone down too much...just the usual monthly payments! OH did get a hefty tax rebate (over £1,000), which mostly went on a few treats, but there's about £300-400 left, so that should be going on the credit card too! Plus we're having a house clear out today and should be listing some things on ebay :)

    Hope everyone is well!

    Hi all,

Got all excited for you Kerri cus I thought the craft fair was today. Sorry it wasn't that well attended, what a shame. I suddenly had the desire for a sewing machine to make some red, white and blue bunting (think it's cus I saw the Olympic Torch last night!). The fancy one that also does embroidery sounds amazing.

Psychobabble, :j well done for hitting 70% :j.

BNS, keep going! The sun will be out next week which will make everything feel loads better.

Have had a frugal weekend as there is nothing in the bank account!:rotfl::rotfl: Can't wait to start setting up all my little money pots once we get paid again.

Enjoy the rest of Sunday everyone.:D

I thought it was worth saying not to cry over it! You might have lost weight and gained muscle? Or it could just be a certain time of the month? (you don't have to answer that one!) Our bodies fluctuate so much with water weight and all that nonsense.

You may have noticed on my signature the weight loss marked didn't move for 2 months. I believe that this is (for me) that I can't lose weight when put myself under pressure to. Start of the year I tried Slim Fast, no success, then I gave that up went to the gym and just tried not to eat cr@9, lost the first stone. I then joined the slimming class at my local gym and immediately all weight loss stopped. So I say relax and it will come, put pressure on yourself and you might be (unwittingly) sabotaging yourself. :)

Oh BTW I did pay the extra £32 so the M&S Visa is now below £6000:j. I'll wait until the end of the month and then go onto to the site and reduce the limit on the card accordingly. :D It feels soooo good.

Well bit of a fail but achievement over the weekend, stripped the kids sofa bit under his bed, washed it all and due to poor construction the bottom of the seat cover ripped! Cue lots of cursing. So off to the fabric shop next weekend with him so we can make some furry seat covers. If I get two set I can swap or interchange so thats next weekend already planned!

Ordered some pinstripe fabric but can't find any nice striped shirt fabric I want so going to have a look and see if I can find some next weekend.

Going to while away the boredom and make a shirt then tackle a suit! God hep me!

Other news antibiotics are working but shattered so early night tonight I think. Exfoliated the dog and cleaned the house from top to bottom anything to make the hours move quicker till Wednesday.

PS Kerri think I need to find a WI meeting. Want to reknit my waterfall cardigan before it falls to bits. What have you done to me!

Great news... my op date has come through. Still expecting that it is cancelled though. Bad news, pre-admission date is while I'm away so need to change it, and op date totally messes up my plans to make Mr S's birthday brilliant! I'll be too busy recovering to do anything. Fingers crossed it all goes through.

Thanks for the congrats on my 70% :) Getting frustrated that I can't just pay it off now!

Car door almost fell off earlier so need to get to a garage tomorrow and ask them to fix the bolt.
