I think it would depend on when you bought them and how long you've had them. If I bought a bag of potatoes I would expect them to last a week without any problems, any less than that and I'd be complaining. By the way, I never keep potatoes in the fridge, always in a brown paper bag in the cupboard. If their helpline is a freephone number give it a ring and see what they say, it won't have cost you anything to find out. Good luck
