Welcome miss emmajane, we're a friendly bunch so feel free to talk away and make yourself at home - we don't judge at all.
My debt won't be paid off by xmas either, the total currently stands at £17,200, but I've found this thread to be very supportive and motivational. I've declared (if that's the right word) to pay off £5210 by xmas this year and hopefully I should be debt free in the first half of 2014.
Thanks for your comment, I think I will make a goal for Christmas like you, and then another for when the total will be paid off :beer:0 -
We've got quite a few new members recently so thought I'd post this again to help x
To help me run this thread easily, could you please all post your totals in large text and in a bold colour, i.e.:£265.43/£7685.67
(where the first amount is the total you have paid off so far in this challenge and the second amount is the total you pledged to clear by Xmas 2012.It would also be a big help if you could also put with it your challenge number.i.e. another £50 paid off so now the total for
#001 is £315.43/£7685.67By the way, don't worry about working out your % paid as I can do that for you!New Debt Journey: Pay off £19,622.91 by 30th April 2015 :T
