Decluttering is going well here - this thread and the make £10 a day challenge have both really encouraged me so thanks everyone!
Took back some scores a music group we belong to had hired yesterday, we've finished that piece of music so all the group had returned to us and we've been walking round them for 2 weeks
Then today took the 2nd suit as it's been paid for and 4 of the 5 Lego parcels (all of it sold on ebay and did well so OH's pleased even if it took me ages to package it up ) I was working in Hull but still took it with me and found a post office so I was pleased with myself.
Tomorrow is shaping up to be a good decluttering day - dustbin is full and out - always takes weeks and weeks to fill with normal rubbish, this has some decluttering stuff too then with hopefully get rid of lots of other stuff too - will update tomorrow night.Initial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000
Initial Mortgage free date - January 2058
Mortgage as of 1st February 2024 - £159,134.98

And so the decluttering goes on! It's addictive.
OUT yesterday:
Unused and long lingering cork notice board (home made)
Unwanted photo and frame (very large)
Large piece of black ash board from some long ago furniture
Black bin bag of assorted bits and pieces
IN yesterday:
Nothing! :j:j0 -
Afternoon All,
OUT:
1 Ebay parcel to P.O.
3 ride on toys collected by buyers.
IN:
Only groceries.
EBAY:
Just £3.19 on 1 item, 2 items no bids yet, 34 watchers overall, so not much change since yesterday.
Oddly enough the item I never expected to get any bids on is the only one that has?!
Going to have a sort out in my 9yo son's room in a mo.

Well, 6 parcels have gone off for ebay customers.
This has cleared two large cardboard boxes from my cluttered office, so I am making headroom (slowly). I have managed to flat pack the cardboard boxes and bring them to OH's house for packing for the move.
Have also posted ad for wheelie bins to local paper. Bit of a palava having to post the advert - you would think they would take over the phone!
Waiting on news relating to the house, first time buyers are considering upping their offer. Also, have more viewings this weekend. Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!
