    Mortgage-free Glee!
Sold one of the huge gazebos we bought for our wedding last year to a buyer from the local paper - £45! Not bad eh! Chuffed at that.

Am hoping to get a phone call about the mower. Dad did a grand job cleaning it up, so I hope it sells. Let's hope the sunshine makes people show an interest.

Well OH's shelves for his "media library" ( get him!!!) have arrived today too - flat packs - so we can store his stuff away more tidily at the moment.

    Another viewing tomorrow.

Have put 6 items on ebay, plenty more to follow.... I have got to wrap up an ebay purchase to post tomorrow.
:D Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!:D

I was hoping to have a few new summer clothes *IN* today, but I've come back from town empty handed!

I had last year's summer dress listed on ebay (no bids) which I've now taken off auction, because I was so horrified at the awful summer dresses in the shops, that I think I'll try to have this one altered to fit :rotfl: (Yes I know, a waste of 5p...:p)

I wish I was handy with a needle and cotton myself but I'm rubbish! I wish some of you crafty types were local to me, I'd be so happy to help with your decluttering in exchange for a little needlework!

Haven't even got my baskets off the top of the wardrobe yet ! Bound to be some 'throw-outs' among that lot.
Really weird when I tried to find something to wear when I went out lunchtime..........couldn''t find stuff cos I'd thrown it out !!!!!..............lol
Had facial/eyebrow/lipwax -ouch !! to both those.....and hair done so hit the town big style..........well so I thought. Was hoping to get at least one jumper to replace something I'd thrown out but there was nothing in the charity shops at all.........well not for me anyway..........but

    In...............
set of four cushions for the garden chairs (OH left ours out in the rain too many times last year so they're well past it.
Box of candles that look like choclates to add to hoard of christmas/birthday hamper stuff
pot of nail varnish and remover............determined to keep my nails looking beautiful if nothing else........................lol

Facial was brilliant and when my eyebrows were done the girl said 'takes years off you'...............and she, such a young thing.......even OH said so...............lol Worth the 'ouch !!' maybe:rotfl:

OH now proceeding to make mess in the garden...........pulling up weeds and leaving them on the path !!!

right wish me luck i am about the start on the massive pile of clothes i have in the bedroom. i am going to pile up what I dont want by the washing machine and do lots of washes, and then dry it and Iron it and take it to the boot fair on Sunday.
Going to buy some small storage boxes on sat to put all the little bits i want to keep and then boot fair all the bits I dont want. Got loads of old videos, dvds, cds, books etc. What i dont sell at the bootfair will sell on ebay, amazon etc. hopefully raise enough cash to buy my mum an ipod for ther 50th birthday and get it engraved.
