currently got 77 things on ebay with 22 ending tomorrow. 10 things selling for 22.30. need to post 17 things tomorrow.
getting rid of stuff is brill - loving emptying the plastic totes of stuff. married to the man of my dreams! 9-08-090 -
Good morning everyone. Not much happened here on the de-cluttering front since my last post. Yesterday we were hugely busy all day getting the kitchen ready for the new flooring (due today :j). Will try to get back on track over the weekend.

No bids on my stuff that went up last night yet - 1 watcher :rotfl:
Good luck everyone!0 -
Wow I cannot believe you all list so much on Ebay at once!
I put 7 things on last night and thought that was a lot as I usually only list 2 things at a time!
Anyway of the 7 items, I have bids on 2 items - totalling £15, and 6 watchers on other items so not bad in 12 hours! :T
The bids are on the 2 largest items so I am pleased with that.
Not sure if 3 items will sell but if not I will car boot them and will have only lost 5p each item. Those items don't have any watchers either.
Still they are all on a 10 day listing so a while to go yet.
Good luck everyone with Ebay sales and decluttering.
Won't be doing too much today as I had a migraine last night so I am feeling a bit drained today.
Enjoy your bank holiday weekend! :beer:Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.

De=cluttering on hold now for about a week............feel I've done my lot and just hope I don't spent me time looking for a jumper that I've thrown out - bit of a chill in the air this morning...........still, I did keep all my cardigans.............lol
Waiting now for OH to follow suit...............he did get rid of his History of Rock magazines yesterday and a set of pictures he'd had for eons............but as for all his clothes !!!!!!!!! Well, the mind boggles !!!!!
Still other stuff to clear............cupboard under the stairs with two sewing machines in (both not working but surely one could be fixed ?), the end of our lounge where OH keeps all his music...........badly needs a sort out,
garage ? (daren't even think about it.........was hopeful a while back but it came to nothing)
Keep it up you lot............you're doing so well...........pigpen -definitely queen of the bin bags and whatever you're on to give you all the energy to do it, can you bottle it and save me some please ?..................lol
I'll let you know if I make a fortune on e bay................lol
(Oh, talking of e bay, one of the lads who we looked after apparentlly has registered on e bay..........found out when I went on to 'auction -see this item' section............how do I de-register him ? He doesn't live here anymore and I had an e mail from pay-pal saying 'a third party was trying to get into my computer'............was e mail a hoax ? Do I worry about it ? Or might it be something to do with this lad ?.............I've not a clue what to do)oMary

Mary if you contact ebay and say he used to live but doesn't any more they'll contact him to change his address on the system... actually I'd deny I knew him entirely
I put a binbag out for a charity collection this morning.
I have bids on 2 of my items listed yesterday.. one was made within 20 minutes of it being listed!
Today I have a dodgy tummy so can't do much until that wears off!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Hi Mary, I suspect it's not going to be a simple matter of just a few clicks in order to deregister someone. There are a LOT of Paypal hoaxes around so you're right to be cautious - don't take any action from an email unless you're 100% sure it's genuine. If nobody on this thread is able to help, perhaps post your question on the MSE ebay forum, there are a lot of ebay experts there x0
