pigpen - course youre forgiven....................lol You must have chucked out half your house by now- you didn;t spent a fortune did you .....................lol And well done for resisting the spend on other stuff............:j

Missyg - today was leg wax and pedicure.............well, not so keen on the leg wax...........1. it hurt and 2. my legs are all spotty now !!! Beginning to wonder about lip waxing next week:confused: If it means a spotty lip.......its going to be a no-go and I'll just have the facial, eyebrow shaping and hair do.

Good idea to list what we bring in and chuck out.........but do household things like loo rolls count ?

Thank you for forgiving me.. lol.. I'll be listing some more stuff on ebay forthwith!!

I have posted the 2 carriers of stuff.. AND I returned the 2 bras from figleaves which were not what they were meant to be.. I'll nip in the local bra shop during the week and see if they have nay bargains.. I'll be getting £42 refund from figleaves.. and htey are pretty fast at processing them usually.

The binbag has gone to charity shop.. and I emptied the bix of socks in the kitchen and filled a carrier of odd/dead socks to recycle.

So far nothing has been brought in other than a packet of tortilla wraps.. though I have chucked my name in for a freecycle superking bed.. mine is a double.. and ancient and is practically collapsed so a 'new' one would be a God send!

Nah, let's exclude consumables of all kinds otherwise it'll get a bit silly won't it :p

Mary I've never had any waxing, hopefully the spotiness will subside quickly

I'll have a few things OUT to report later but I'll wait till I know the final score! Sunshine's lovely and I'll probably skive off after lunch :p

Best to work it on stuff thats got rid of and 'stuff' we may have just been temppted by or has suddenly become a 'need' if you see what I mean ?

Spots have now gone missyg - but I don't have the 'feel good'I had yesterday,...............mind you that could just be me..........I'm due to see my counsellor on Tuesday and always seem to start spiralling downwards a few days before and then on the day feel a bit more uplifted cos I know I've got someone to see who's making me feel more positive about myself.

Well, been upstairs to fetch some washing (why waste a good drying day) and some of the stuff in the wash basket.......well, heaven knows how long its lurked at the bottom so thats been slung in a bag for 'outing'.
Few other bits were laying about that I know I'll not where..........think I took them out the wardrobe, put them on -not happy wearing them so took them off and just sort of slung them. So, now they're in a bin bag for charity shop.............filled half a bin bag so far and thats without actually going inside the wardrobe.........................lol:rotfl:

Do we really have to declare what we have brought back in ?

OK, 5 boxes of greetings cards, 12 mixed boxes of china and various other items from the auction. I know, I am never going to be decluttered :o

  • Right, I have six extra large bin bags full of clothes ready for the charity shop. Each item I put into a bag I was thinking to myself....'I could certainly make a bit on Ebay from that'.......but I kept strong and flung it all. Granted, it is not yet out of the house, but I'm determined that it's all going, my OH can't believe it.

Edit: 2 bottles of wine came in the house today, but they will soon be disposed of!!!

Nothing to declare -well not today but got half bin bag full of clothes to go to charity shop.
Intended going to local boot fair tomorrow but forecast is wet so may well be cancelled therefore saving my hard earned pennies and the 'red face' of coming on here with a lengthy list of whats come into the house............lol
Instead, hopefully, I'll have filled a couple of bin bags to go out.........
Been out in the garden and realised there's almost as much 'stuff' out there as in indoors..............our porchway near the backdoor....neatly shelved out for seedlings and my trug and pretty gardening gloves neatly arranged on it is currently covered in c**p.................I know my trug and gloves are there somewhere underneath it all...............oh lor.............it never seems to end:confused:

  • Not made too much progress on the de-cluttering today although we have moved some wooden pallets from the garden to the allotment where they are to be used as part of a fence, so at least the garden at home looks a little tidier ;). Walked past the charity shop where we donated loads of stuff earlier in the week and was pleased to see some of our stuff on sale in there (and for decent prices too, so hopefully the charity will benefit). We have a few days off this week so I'm hopeful that we'll be able to continue sorting stuff 'cos my head feels like its going to explode amid all this chaos and clutter . On the positive side, we haven't brought a single thing into the house today - even dinner was made from stuff already in :D.
