Pigpen wears us all out Mary! You never seem to stop for a minute, PP... and I have faith that you'll make those ebay targets. Good luck.

I've got another bunch on ebay.. all stuff that hasn't been listed before/for ages so hopefully something will shift.. I've put it in BIN as well so with luck it'll go sooner rather than later!

Tiddles just cleared a lolly off the top of the monitor lol..oh fluff.. I forgot to post my ebay stuff.. I'll sling it on the buggy to do in the morning.

£13.20 in bids to date.. so I've broken the £200 barrier.. just another £200 to do for the plasterer..

clarkey - I've got a box full of cards I want to keep, especially hand made ones I've had from people close to me. When I've re-arranged all my photo albums I might put the cards into those plastic sleeves and put them in some pretty ring binders.

No decluttering today - opticians to have lens put back into specs, had eye check while I was there, quick nip into woolworths (bought some little candles that look like pebbles), post office, bank -boring stuff, then ex foster lad called with his friend to help in the garden.

So, computer room is as it was yesterday !! Messy.........but plant trough is in the corner holding my shabby chic shopping bag and floral brolly........piece of wood OH brought in from garage is a bit, dare I say it C**p so might leave it as it is once I've touched up the paint and given it a coat of polish or varnish.................then on to the bed settee........wherever it is !

People refer to their lightbulb moment for their money problems but I just wondered if anyone had a similar experience for finally sorting their messy house out?
Or was it more of a gradual experience for you?
I'm interested coz I'm still waiting for my bulb to light up  :D

I was never messy to start with so no lightbulb moment here. I was a neat freak even as a child. Unfortunately that particular gene wasn't passed on to my three kids or rubbed off to DH.
Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia. ;)

Well, eBay stuff is gradually going...

We have another viewing today at 3pm. This is second viewing for another couple (not bad - 2 couples have viewed and both have second viewed). Unfortunately, this couple have a house to sell so we won't be accepting any offers until they have a buyer lined up anyway, but its still a viewing. Have also got another one booked this Saturday.

Can't wait for the weekend. The weather forecast sounds good, I have a friend coming down and we are all going to be at my house by the sea. I also am looking forward to starting to sort the office out - but will take a piccy first for you guys!

OH and I will probably take car fulls of stuff too - breakables, etc over to the house. We are hoping to get to the stage where only the large stuff needs to be moved by a removals firm.
:D Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!:D
