yay a bit more progress, i've finished the toddler accounts so i have now returned all the paperwork, if they forgive me for taking so long i may end up with some more paperwork to do this years accounts as well but as least i've got rid of this lot before it gets lost forever.
Going to keep going on the little and often routine, i'm sure it will all come straight in the end.0 -
Hi! Notice a couple of you rate auctiva highly, could someone tell me where I can find out more about it please? Thanks.
2008 will be the year I finally get organised!:o
:eek:Failed miserably-will try harder in 2010!:eek:0 -
Auctiva is ace! A bit slow you have set your templates up but it is ace give it a go!
I thought you were talking about activa - the yoghurt type drink ! Couldn't understand where templates came into it ! :rotfl:Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task. William James0 -
Back from car boot sale, I made a small profit and I do mean small! I now have more stuff than I had to begin with, because of the extra bits I was given to sell that have all come back with me :rotfl:
I did get rid of some bulky items and it wasn't a bad morning out so no worriesAny profit is good as far as I'm concerned!
I'll sort through it all later today, put some on Freecycle etc and get ready for another ebay load towards the end of this month.
Thanks for all the offers to fatten me up
What decluttering things is everyone up to this weekend?0 -
Well , thats one cardboard magazine holder and 14 magazines in the recycle bin and 3 storage wallets for peel offs taken by a freecycler....does that count as 18/27?...please tell me it doesWe don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.0

Stuff that didn't sell at car boot is now re-sorted and on Freecycle (really hope it will go soon), apart from 2 plastic crates worth which I'm going to try ebaying next time.
Don't think I will be car booting again0 -
Phew... the house is back to normal again! Car boot leftovers all gone except what's now hidden away on my "selling" shelf.
February was amazing and I have made about £1,300 selling my stuff, and done FAR more sorting out than I would have expected, especially the photo collection, thanks to this thread keeping me focused!
I now have nothing listed on ebay, the house is in GREAT shape, and I am going to take a break from all the sorting for most of this month. I'm trying to improve one of my foreign languages, so I'm going to put my energy there for a while instead.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend!0 -
Hi all!
Now back in the UK post holiday, we were delayed 3 hours at the airport so a little jet lagged!!
Have started the declutter with going through all the post/leaflets/freebie newspapers that have come through th door during our absence, so recycling now overflowing!! Also as I was putting clothes away from my holiday I took some out to go to 2nd hand shop and some new things that have been in there for ages (still with tag on!) have gone onto the growing pile to sell on ebay!! I am determined to save up for a fab holiday for next year so I am motivated and made my first sale to my daughter today (50p!) and she said is that going in the holiday fund??!! So I've made a start!
Will keep you updated with my progress though feel a bit daunted about getting everthing onto ebay, prob feeling tired today though!
Well done all of you!0 -
