Sir,\r
\r
We have reason to believe you are involved in illegal and unjustified defamation of our company. You are entitled to your opinion however excessive and false information supplied to a third party on a public site is the most serious form of defamation for which we will be taking action on if your persistent online libel continues.\r
We apologise for the trouble you had on the order but you have had your refund.\r
If we see one more comment from your name, IP Addeess or email we will immediately go further with legal action.\r
\r
WAE+ is one of the fastest growing companies in the UK, this logistically causes issues as we grow that we are quick to remedy and move on from but some problems do occur when growing at such a quick rate. Our orders on time rate of the tens of thousands of customer is still over 98%.\r
\r
Please ensure you take heed of our warning and we thank you for your co-operation.\r
\r
Sincerely,\r

My response 11/12/2012 (No reply)
Dear Mr T. Davies
I am writing in response to your email sent to my client XXX Ltd, received from noreply@waeplus.co.uk at 20:42 on the 9th December 2012 regarding alleged “illegal and unjustified defamation” of your company.
XXX Ltd acknowledges your warning; however it does not take accusations or threats lightly and requests that you provide more information on these alleged acts.
Firstly, I note that your email did not contain any of the regulatory information required by the Companies Act 2006 in all business emails (Registered Company Name, Registered Number, and Registered Office Address). I must ask you to clarify which company you allege that my client has defamed.
Secondly, your email quotes:
“If we see one more comment from your name, IP Addeess or email we will immediately go further with legal action”
Please provide the name, IP address and email address you are referring to in this statement.
Additionally in this statement, you imply that you are monitoring my client’s IP address and Internet activity. Please explain how exactly you are doing this in a legal manner?
Yours Sincerely
T. Jones

company WAE+ took £87.55 out of my account for a hard drive that they didn't have after a month waiting i cancelled my order, I waited a week and received nothing, so i wrote an email to them, to be told that i had to wait thirty days for my money to be put back into my account, i told them that they shouldn't have taken the money out if they didn't have the goods, at the end of the thirty days i still had no money put back in my account, i got in touch again, again you must wait thirty days, three days later i received a letter saying that they had got the administrators in, but my money should have been put back before they were called in,0

Anyone have the bankruptcy administrators info?
...as they could be found guilty of planning to defraud.
Also, anyone with a purchase has statutory rights for 6 years from purchase.
The receiver will need to know of these obligations.0
