    ES me too!!
I've had a statement from CCCS already cause I paid my first payment in middle of feb even though it wasn't due till 1st march but i had the money at that time so before i spent it i paid them.
On the statement it shows how much i owe to each creditor but no info on whether they have accepted payments offered or not. Do you know if CCCS let you know or if its the creditors that do it.

I just want to know if they are going to acceot and if interest will reduce or stop.

    Hi Teecee it's Sally

We are with Payplan and we keep track of our payments online etc. As a rule they tell us who has and has not accepted but so far so good. remember it really is in their best interest to accept as it means that the debt is being repaid still and not being written off as a bad debt. I keep in touch with the Payplan team via their website email and they update me when someone else has got back to them. Apparently Lloyds TSB are two weeks behind with their mail being opened and acted uopn so they are the reason why I am geting grief at the moment !

Keep up the good work !!

It depends on the creditors when/if they freeze interest - Egg and HSBC said they would do it once the default notice was issued

HI just been reading through the previous posts, Im starting a DMP first paymet end of this month. In the meantime ive made token payments with my new debit card for my basic bank account, was this the wrong thing to do? someone posted that payplan said this was the wrong thing to do, I dont have a check book with my new account so thought this would be ok. does it matter that the creditors have my new details?

    Thanks Gemmzie and Sally,

Think I might give CCCS a call tomorrow just to clarify where I am with it all they sent me a password for their website so will have a look at that tomorrow and register so i can keep track online.

I haven't got a password yet. I wonder if you can opt out of postal statements. I would rather see them online when it suits me than have my total debt face me at unpredictable times.

Sea, I think you need to wait for a password but don't quote me.

Tee, I told the girl on the phone that I had made my first payment. She said are you happy paying at the PO. I said yeah. She said it's a shame to pay the £2.20 fee. I suppose she's right. I'm just obsessive about getting rid of DDs. I used to have loads and now I've only a few.
