Can say the banks are mostly very helpful and understanding and letters are usually automatic and computer generated so not such a worry as they first seem. The advice on here is excellent and I have copied two posts from two days ago or so as they were so useful. By finallygettingsomewhere posts 3158 and 3159.

Great site and great attitude. Does make me feel better after reading these posts so thanks to all for posting and helping to cheer us all up. Sharing this awful situation will help us all.

Well I'm trying not to get my hopes up too high but 12th be the date for statements to be updated with FD and my balance shown online hasn't changed yet. I'm so hoping that means they've halted interest for a bit.

We have had a Halifax CC statement today, reduced payments from CCCs on there no interest or late fee charges. so im please with that. 2 down 8 too go. :j POSITIVE THINKING
