Sorry, my dinner pinged and I forgot to say by before logging my internet off, so I ate very quickly so I could log on again and apologise... now I've got indigestion!!

Anyway, I look like a cross between Nigella Lawson and Liv Tyler (so people say, but I think they are just trying to be nice!). Although, I'm a bit more curvacious than Liv!

As for personality, I need to think about that one for a couple of secs.

teecee - good choice of celebs. I think Penelope is gorgeous, would love ot look like her. I'm also a bit of a Bridget, similar in terms of personality as well as luck.

Hi everyone,

welcome to all the newbies,we have all done the same thing as yourselves so chin up your not alone.

Well done to everyone with their food budgets,we are a family of 7 and on good weeks we spend between £70-£90 that includes delivery.As if we go to the actual shop we can spend upto double the amount (we can't afford to ).But when we have to buy big things washing powder,toilet paper etc it goes up to no more than £110 but thats like once a month though.

Had awful phone call from lloyds on saturday night,he said he was aware we were with payplan but he wanted to know how i was going to pay the sum they wanted ?? and that was for my c/c.

Yet again another phone call from lloyds, lady this time about our loan (we owe 4x as c/c).She also was aware we were with Payplan ,but they had'nt recieved the paperwork,and that she would give it a week.

After all the trouble we had with Northern rock we had a snotty letter from saying that they had passed our letter to the LEGAL dept.As far as we are aware there has been a stop to the phone calls at work.

craftingqueen - Sorry to hear you are having trouble with lloyds, give payplan a ring and they may be able to help.
I think Lloyds are notoriously !!!!!! to deal with but hang in there. In the end they do accept it can just take a while for them to get the message that you haven't got any more money available. Keep paying the amount of your Dmp to Payplan and repeating to Lloyds "I am on a DMP, all my disposable income is paid to Payplan, there is no more money here is my Payplan ref number please contact them.Do not contact me again by telephone, all future contact needs to be in writing!" Be polite but firm and DO NOT under any circumstances offer them any more money. They can't have what you haven't got. But they will try to squeeze as much as possible out of you.
