Hi dumb debtor,i know how you are feeling i'm jumping out of my skin everytime the phone rings.But in time they will get the hint we haven't go the money they want (i hope ) i'm lucky hubby takes the calls when he's not at work..
Been struggling for a long long time juggling credit after credit with no luck.But now payplan has given us hope that there is light at a very long tunnel.
Can anyone help with the wording or template for the letters i have to send explaining we are with payplan and they have to deal with them.

Any ideas would be grateful

Craftingqueen, try the national debt line website, this has a few template letters that you could adjust to what you need. hope this helps a bit x

hi all,
was going to let you know about citibank.very strange,it took me ages to try to download a template letter to send to them as i told you all the other day.anyway by the time i had finished, i had to write it out by hand,along with the one for the mint card.(had downloaded adobe reader which took ages then it made no diff and still couldnt get the bloody letter!!!)
anyway, sorry i digress......it took me ages to write to see if they will stop the charges...then the post came and guess what????
a letter from citibank saying they accept the dmp offer and they will stop all the charges!!!how spooky is that???
was on another thread yesterday cos have had real probs with the computer and asked for help cos the text went really large.had no idea what to do as i am a computer whizz(not,lol)!!!!!
so managed to get the text smaller so all i have to do is fugure out why all the display seems squashed to the left and theres about an inch of black screen as soon as i turn on the computer, then when i get on this site i still have to use the bottom slider bar over to right to read all your comments if they go to end of page.(hope someone knows what im on about)
im getting totally p*****d off with it and if i didnt need the computer to catch up with you lot id throw it through the window!!!!(which wouldnt be wise as i have no money for a new one and cant get credit(lol)
sorry to rant on and sorry for long post.
hope you are all doing well.grandmas funeral is on mon afternoon,have just got to know.
can i ask how you get the stars under your user name.i have one which is very nice but have no idea why.thanks

Hi ilovegreatdanes, glad to hear about citibank!
The stars are there for the amount of posts you make, i can't remember what it is to get one but i just got my second, that is for 150 posts and smilealot is looking forward to her 3rd star which is for 500 posts. i hope that explains it a bit more!!
As for your computer, im not sure whats happenening with that!!!!lol!!

Many thanks 95kelly will try and have a go at putting it on my signature.Just been on the national debtline have used one of their letters and tweeked it a bit.so will get them written up on the computer.

Hi all
This is very odd - or maybe its just me (??) - but when I posted earlier I responded to the posts that were new, have just come on again and there are loads of posts that were entered before mine but hadn't reached my computer - either we're overloading poor mse or everyone posted simultaneously or more probably I'm odd!!! So if I missed you out sorry - just can't keep up.
If I'm alone the next time Horrible Sadistic B(w)anking Corporation ring I've vowed to answer, let them waffle, tell them about CCCS (again), refuse point blank the "managed loan", remind them I have no assets and threaten to go bankrupt - all in a very nice way you understand!!! They really must be the worst b(w)ankers in the world - oh and they're also recreating the Upstairs Downstairs days with their elite banking services for the very wealthy - soon we'll have seperate shopping areas for the rich and poor and the poor will have to put our children into service - oh what a lovely world we live in!! OMG I can't believe it - my son (aged 14) has just come to me and said someone rang on his mobile whilst we were out asked for Mr Dixon and went on about paying bills - what the f*** (sorry) is that about and where did they get the number and what are they doing talking to a child - I just can't believe this - you don't know how furious I am!!! Calm down woman have just rang the number and it was Talk Talk and they were obviously just selling - thats a relief but what a cheek!!!
Well as far as my revelation has gone have done nothing positive yet, suffering from acute embarrasement, shame but also a huge sense of relief which is odd considering I haven't actually done anything. Perhaps just unburdening myself helped for now. I will find the time and place to talk to DH, just awkward at the mo cause our house is like Piccacadilly circus - was actually all set to address it last night but was so tired as only had 3 hours sleep the night before I couldn't face it - so will endeavour to do it soon and will keep you all up to date.
Sorry have monopolised the forum again, god I go on don't I. Keep up the good work and take care.

Hi -it's for about £7500 and I'm paying about £40 a month back to them I think, or maybe £50 - I let CCCS do it all!
