Hi everyone - lots of progress for you all.
Hi Kelly - HSBC keep hasselling me, left a message yesterday (thats a first), called already today - I've so far refused to speak to them - think they're gonna be the same with me re the managed loan but they can go stuff themselves!! I've put the claim in for the bank charges and had their acknowledgement letter the time is up Friday so waiting to see what happens. I must admit I feel a little vulnerable cause all my debt is with them and think they will try to use that to force the managed loan - I'll fight them to the end though!!! If push came to shove I'd rather go bankrupt and then they'd get nothing!!! congrats on your new star!!
Well done on your budgeting Michelle you're definately on a roll!
Rustybucket how lucky are you - well done!
Amani well done to you - don't think it would hurt to send another letter to the Hellifax.
Newlywed HSBC are the Horrible Sadistic B(w)anking Corportation, fingers crossed things go better for you with them.
Daiseblue things going well for you long may it continue!
love and hugs to all
IDA

AFTERNOON EVERYONE!!
IDA -How are you?? Hope you are well!!
Loving the HSBC acronym (think thats what you call it??).
Kelly - Congratulations on your second star!! GO GIRL :T :T :T :T
Michelle - Well done staying under budget for your day out.:T Hope you all had a fab time.
Rustybucket - Fantastic news about First Direct bet you nearly fainted when you put the phone down:rotfl:
Sea - How you doing, hope everything is ok! I loved Treasure Hunt too although unlike Joek I probably wasn't quite so interested in Anneka Rice!!:D
amani - I would send another letter to Hellifax recorded delivery then try and put it to the back of your mind. I have a personal loan with the Co-Op Bank and they insisted they had received nothing from CCCS (despite it being sent three times!!), mind you they suddenly stopped interest and sent me a default so everything will fall into place it can just take a bit of time!!
Newlywed - Good Luck with the Horrible Sadistic B(w)anking Corporation. Stay strong!!
DB - Glad everything is going well for you and yours as IDA says "LONG MAY IT CONTINUE!!"
Hope everone else is having a good day:D
Nothing much going on in my world today except housework (I HATE HOUSEWORK!!! ) Just made myself a much deserved cup of coffee and thought I would pop in and say hi!!

Hi everyone
Hope you all will have a good day today.Letters are already coming through the door for us to reinstate DD's.
Nationwide :- wrote to them to ask them to freeze interest etc.All we got back was a letter telling us to reinsate DD  .
Priority DD's are begin to get sorted, which is a weight off our shoulders.
Question :- if we are paying payplan this month,do we send all creditors a token payment as well?
Glad to share with you all, helps me so much.

Once you have made a payment to Payplan they will pay your creditors. So no don't make any more token payments!!

Hi everyone
sorry haven't been around for a while this site can get a bit addictive!
I can't believe the hassle people are having with HSBC, I hope it stops soon.
Can credit companies/banks not see the sense in getting their money back even if it is over a longer period of time rather than pushing people into more debt and a worse situation? Grrrrrrrrr
I've finally sent off my DMP paperwork and just preparing mysef for the lovely calls ahead - thanks to Lonely for the heads up on how to deal with the nasties - sorry creditors. LOLTotal debt £ 20,000 as of March 07
