Hi Sea - none of those unfortunately!

If I'm being rational then it could only be the BT debit, but why it'd come up as L B Hackney I've got no clue!

Sea - remember you can come on here for any kind of support not just DMP. We are all here for you.

Joek - Ring the bank up. They should be able to give you at least a contact telephone number for whoever it is. As far as any BT DD's I've ever had they have ALWAYS mentioned BT. As someone else said this sounds either like council tax or a complete work of fiction so you need to get it sorted asap.

YM - re your Egg balance - did you have ppi on it? It may be they have removed the rest of that as you will no longer be able to claim on it anyway so there is no point in paying for it. Only reason I can think of the balance being lower than expected. All my loans kept the interest they would have received on.

Hi Scottishmummy - I did ring uop Citibank, but they were not able to give me any details whatsoever about it!

Which is a bit disconcerting.

I'm just about to cancel it.

If it is for me, then whoever it's from will send me a letter about it, so at least I can ensure I don't get charged incorrectly!
