Didn't like the old willy wonka at all. Haven't seen johnny Depps version so can't comment on that one.

  • Scottishmummy Thanks for the website address, did a google search before went out and found that site, was good but nothing in his size.

:money: Just thought I'd mention to all ebayers that I use auctivia to list items, it is totally free, gives you really nice templates to use and can add loads of photos or schedule items to finish at good times and it doesn't cost anything other than normal ebay fee.
tried to add hyper link but didn't work, best way to get to website is to click on an advert on ebay that says 'powered by auctivia' as www. auctivia.co.uk or https://www.auctivia.com takes you somewhere strange!

  • Good morning all

Had another letter today saying they are happy to accept
the token payments for six months and will freeze interest.
    So five more to go..:j

I am really pleased about this and I wish I had written the letters
a while ago instead of struggling with the minumum(sp)
    payments
Hope everyone is lucky with their post today.
And thanks for all the lovely support you all give.:D

    Hi Valley Girl

Firstly, well done. But I'm curious as to how you've done it. I haven't managed to get any of my creditors to freeze interest just by writing to them. They all say they cannot do anything until Payplan sends them an SOA, but Payplan cannot do that until my first payments leaves my account (due on Monday). In the meantime, my interest has been mounting at a rate that I don't even want to know - you can imagine by how much with £50K worth of debt.

It doesn't matter now, because hopefully this will happen in the next few days. But I was just wondering why my experience has been slightly different to other peoples? My creditors are Barclays, Morgan Stanley, HSBC, AMEX, Lloyds, Alliance & Leicester and Student Loans.
    I'm moving on up now,
    Out of the darkness,
My life shines on, my life shines on, my life shines on ;)
