No that was the flat chewing gum can't remember what they were called, bazookas were the oblong chew sized pink ones. Mint kracknell always seemed quite posh, mind you those were the days when (in our house anyway) things like mars and marathon were older kids/adult sweets little kids had 5p mix, freddo, fudge or single milky way etc. Oh I was so deprived although I have made up for it over the years - lol!!
I was really lucky in that my tastes were almost exactly the same as my Dad's and it was nearly always things that came in twos like the mint kracknell and bountys. My brothers used to get caramacs yuck . The only thing my dad liked that I didn't was liquorice but that meant I could still buy the sherbet dips cos he had the liquorice stick so nothing was wasted. The person who moves a mountain begins by carrying small stones.

oooh or adding the sherbet to lemonade (smuggled in as my mum wouldn't let me have fizzy drinks)! oooh and icecream in coke (at friend's houses too).
However, after having an uncontrollable attack at my ds's easter egg (I know, I know, stealing sweets from a baby) I feel quite sick still so won't be craving any sweet stuff for a while! (it was yesterday as well!!)CCCS DMP:Feb 07

Sea - Well done doubling your CCCS payments,:T
Did you contact them or was it time for your review? I've been thinking about upping mine (probably about £20 a month) but don't want to rock the boat as all is calm. I'm worried the creditors might start the whole process off again with new proposals.
It's not much but £20 would knock almost a year of my DFD.DEBTS @ 1/1/07 - £25,800:eek: DEBT @ 04/05/11 - NIL

I just rang them - I don't think it will make any difference to your creditors - they'll be happy with any increase you give them! It was funny when I rang CCCS - they said it would be increased from 1st May and I asked if it's be ok to pay the extra for April too. The man sounded really surprised!
Go for it I say and a whole year!! WOW!

I know it's amazing isn't it that £20 could make such a difference. I was playing with the debt calculator thing on their website and had to do it three times to make sure I wasn't seeing things!!!DEBTS @ 1/1/07 - £25,800:eek: DEBT @ 04/05/11 - NIL

Oh Sea we did that yesterday too - although it was my egg - and we just had a chocolate longing and I have 6 easter eggs sitting on my wardrobe and the temptation was just tooo much - I feel so ashamed but it was soooo good!! But even worse I still crave chocolate but have resisted the urge to attack the others - so I do have a little will power. The eggs were a bargain actually £1 in Asda anyone else seen them? By the way congrats on upping your payment to cccs well done. Hopefully once I get back to work I will too!
Scottishmummy you were lucky although I do like liquorice. Not much I don't like except Turkish Delight eukk.

Teecee your creditors will be delighted to get more money than originally quoted so I don't think they will bother you.
Just read the sticky about the size of signatures so have adjusted mine ever so slightlyThe person who moves a mountain begins by carrying small stones.
