She said by law they are only allowed to ring 3 times a day so when I asked why there were 5 missed calls from their number she said I must have another account or they must be ringing for another reason.
Hi Morning everyone, it's busy today!!!
Newlywed - can I play devil's avocado and wonder if the 3 times means 3 actual conversations?

Nope. I said I'd had 5 missed calls from them and they said it isn't possible. They are not legally allowed to ring more than 3 times and that their phone dialling system is set to only ring 3 times. They said other phone calls must have been for the other account (that's up to date, not overdue or anything).

Well as long as you don't want to ask any questions at all then try A&L ;)

The staff member couldn't tell me what accounts had an electron card, what had an overdraft and just could not comprehend why I didn't want an overdraft - in fact there was a look of total confusion and disgust at the fact that I would be paying my wages in but did not want an overdraft. Told me to look in the leaflets on the stand.

  • Hi all

I'm new to this website so any advice you have will be very welcome! Just to fill you in on my situation i have very recently decided to get in touch with CCCS and they recommended I take out a DMP.

At the moment I am up to date with all my payments to creditors but increasingly using credit to get by and I'm worried about how the DMP works - I don't want to be hassled by creditors or debt managment agencies - scary:eek:

Can anyone fill me in on their experience of starting a DMP?:o
Total debt £ 20,000 as of March 07

Trying to get debt free with CCCS:j
