Winkus quite a few people seem to be saying that they are waiting a while on CCCS stuff. Don't worry though it'll come. In a few weeks when everything is up and running you'll be able to logon on to their website when it suits you and that's about all the dealings you'll probably have.

I notice that a lot of people on here mentioning reclaiming bank charges. I just want to say dont be scared. I have successfully claimed back loads. Sadly they were mostly before my lightbulb moment and I recklessly spent them again BUT i did it and thats what counts.

I am currently waiting for BOScotland mastercard statements and have complained about misselling of PPI on a loan.

Well done Sea. I was meant to be listing some stuff. I managed to list one item - a mobile phone. When it's gone I have another of the same to list. I have several items of kids clothes I was going to put on but can't get motivated.

Winkus, thanks for that. IYou've done well. I need someone to kick me up the backside and tell me it'll be alright. I desperately want to claim of Hellifax so that my ODs will be cleared. I'm just terrified that they will close the accounts, pull out of the dmp with my visa or worse still demand I take my mortgage elsewhere.
