One final thing... from the FAQ section:

"The more you post (write or reply to messages) on the boards, the higher-ranked MoneySaver you become. There are four levels and at each you get another star and change of title. The exact thresholds are a closely guarded secret. However, it’s all perfectly fair."

I only takes a day or two, and on the statements it states that payment is due on 1st of the month. As long as you pay by the 1st you'll be fine!!
CCCS don't distribute the payment until on or around the 25th of each month, so nothing to worry about, just make sure it's paid at the p.o by the first and you will be fine.

    Hope this helps!!

Actually, I just subscribe to this one, and then whirl about looking at other ones. I also pop into the current accounts forum on occasion too.

Anyway, I've decided that the two stars thing should be left as a suprise, so it's with that I'll post the 'special' one and sign off for the night I think (work tomorrow...sigh)...

Y'know what, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you all for being rather lovely and supportive - not just of me, but of everyone here. It's not called a Mutual Support thread for nothing.

There's been no nasty comments, just incredibly helpful advice, and whilst none of us are in the richest period of our lives financially, I can honestly say that it's been a damn rich period for talking to people in the same boat as me.

So I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

    Love you all!!!

AAAAH, I'M feeling all fuzzy and warm now!!!!!!!!!

    Love you too hun.

    Hi:hello:
When you set up a standing order with payplan does you bank/building society get funny when they know that you are in finacial difficulty? I have just had a thought that when the Halifax see that I have a standing order for Payplan they will know that I am on a DMP and will either Downgrade my account or worse still cancel the account:eek:
I set up this account solely for the purpose of a safe account with no O/Draft and somewhere for my DD/SO to come out of and for my wages to be paid into. I chose the Halifax for the reason that I have no debt with them or their offshoots. I have a current account with a visa debit card.
Hope you are all sleeping peacefully and having sweet dreams.
