    I really appreciate all your advice. :A
    Been dead organised today went through income & expenditure online with CCCS, realised things may not be that bad after all. Contacted egg, who majority of debt with and they've agreed to 3 mth pymt hol whilst on mat leave, I have opened a new bank a/c that I'm going to transfer all my dd's to and only use for bills, so know EXACTLY what is left at the end of the month, and listed loads of rubbish sorry treasures on ebay, I'm thinking of innotive (BUT LEGAL) ways to make money .

    Know that I may just be prolonging things but at least will know I have tried to sort out before doing DMP, If all fails and still can't manage then you guys have made me realise not end of world. If I can still be part of the dmp support thread without a dmp I'll let you know how get on.

    Which leads me onto another question, I had bad charges on a cc from Alliance and Leicester that I havn't had a balance on for about a yr, but is still open, I want to try and reclaim charges but were about 2 yrs ago- will they charge me for old statements as don't think I have?

    ps funniest thing of all about all this is that about 6 yrs ago I used to work in Abbey's debt managment dept for mortgages!!- although I promise I was never judgemental & tried to help where possible (although not all my collegues were and think thats what scared me)!.
