Has a date been set for the interview? Excuse me if you've already stated it.
His interview is 12th april which is next week. The solicitor has spoken to them today and they have said they had a phone stating my son was capable of doing things that he should not be able to do if he was entiteled to dla. Now what these things are we have no idea.

If they had a phone call telling them your son was doing things he shouldnt be able to do due to his disablilities then someone has phoned them maliciously (sp) They have probably told them all sorts of BS, telling lies and saying all sorts to try and get him into trouble, although thinking about it, if they have had a nasty phone call Im sure they would have done some sort of surveilance on your son to check the story out.

After all I have read on the internet I thought they would have some surveilance or something but, they have told the solicitor that they have no evidence now wether this is true or not we do not know, but, as he does not do anything that he should not we dont know what they could have as evidence anyway.

Thankyou for the good wishes, we have been in touch with DIAL yesterday and they called again today as they already know my son and they are concerned about him. They have been a great support.

Hi can anyone help with a quick question? I am worried that when he goes for this interview if for some reason they decide to suspend his DLA what will happen with the car? He has a 2 hour travel by public transport to work if he does not have a car and he would not be able to do this. I did read on another forum that they had suspended someones money thats why I thought of the car.

If DLA is taken away then yes you will have to return the car due to the fact that you will not have the allowance to pay for it

Let's hope it doesn't come to that. Best of luck for Thursday.

Looks to me very clear cut, if they have no other evidence than a phone call and he can not do the things claimed, that will be the end of the matter.
