Problems accessing Barclays online bank

Once again I can log onto the site using Pin Sentry but cannot access any of my accounts.
This is a major problem on a "New improved system"
Before you make changes you should TEST TEST TEST.
Get a grip boys & girls

spot on, although i had been logging in "non sentry" style for ages. update required me to re-enter my access details.

Speaking of ISAs, I don't know when they set up this time limit of 7am to 11pm to open a brand new ISA online. It didn't matter to me for last year's because I started a month late but it's still strange.

Left it to 10.45pm and because I'd set one up before it was problem-free and I'm happy they wiped the record of your NI number and you had to re-enter it yourself, that's better than being in the system for the whole year and being potentially hackable.

Yes I have had problems with Barclays too - lengthy login time, can't do anything once on the site except look at balance. I needed to move some large amounts of money around, but not happening. I DID get a 'feedback' pop-up, BOY DID THEY GET A PIECE OF MY MIND

after putting in my surname i have tried each of the other "id" methods but everyone of them then asks for pin sentry info and i dont get any other option.

On the step 1 login page you use your surname and then your 12 digit number, it then put you through to step 2 (well hopefully if you don't give up the will to live 1st) where then you use your 5 digit PIN number you were sent through the post and it then asks you for random characters in your password, eg 2nd character or 6th character.

You do need to scroll down to reveal this as some designer of the web page hasn't realised it doesn't fit onto the screen. More incompetence.
