This kind of things always go on. The fanboy of Android will go on about how their product is better than iPhone, windows phone, blackberry etc. others will go on about how their device is better.

    Is that irony intentional?

I fail to understand why buying anything for an Apple product is more expensive than anything else. A charger for example is some £5 more than a generic Micro USB charger. It doesn't mean that an iPhone is better, simply those who own an iphone tend to think that they have a premium device because Apple say it is.

The One X, the Galaxy S II and even the Sensation are better in terms of size and what you can do to and with them. If Apple release a 4inch screen you'll go nuts over it simply because Apple will hype it up. Saying that, the last announcement was pretty dull and as per the last, a few things ported in from Android yet you and others think it is a first and as such rant how great it is.

Market share should also show that Android is by far more popular, that'll break your heart but that's the way it is. As I have said to you before, back in 2007 Apple certainly changed the mobile market, for the good but now they play the catchup game, they did it with the 4S and they'll do it again with the next one and quite frankly, people are getting fed up with you and your crazy rants. I'm not sure if you are trying to convince yourself or us that Apple is better.

I also suggest you do a little research on how applications work on all OS before you keep going on about permissions. Apple isn't immune to security risks either. They have removed from their website the paragraph saying that their OS for Macs will be virus free, the same can also be said about their mobile OS.

If you want to know what the best OS is out there, webOS beats both Android and iOS but sadly it was kicked in to touch.

Nothing wrong with the Android as an OS. The problem is the way things are done on ii. How can Googel Play have malware apps?

Some might say this problem is with all mobile OS in this case I will ask them one question

If all OS have the malware then download numbers per OS should be the same, as a % of total users unless either Android OS have more malware then other OS or its users are not so ......

Which one would you say is correct?

I am sure all Android fanboys will be looking to move this post to somewhere else now. Do it quickly before others can read this, go.

Why are you spamming the forum with your carp?
If I was Android fanboy I will try to move this post as soon as possible before many people read it.

Why are you trying to write the post when you should be working to move the post only becasue you cannot answer the question.
    Move it.

I moved some threads that were way off topic and just a discussion and 2 that were "warnings"

this one has been left here to allow one central thread to discuss iphone/android

Sorry. I am not sure who warnings are target at?
If you read the post from the start not once I have started to move away from the main topic. others try to move to either Android vs Others or try to move away from the main subject or use bad names or name calling.

It is up to the MSE but I feel that this is an open forum, if others perfer to highlight the issue to save money, what is the problem?

I do agree with your action to have a one thread to report problems or if others are not happy with a function or way os works.

In the end MSE to help others to save money, this can only be done if its members are aware of apps which tricky them to spend.

Others are also welcome to make their point of view, its open.

In reference to the Malware around 700,000 users have downloaded the apps over only three months. I am not making these numbers up, available from security websites. Some might read this and take the pro-active action.

I feel that this type of thread should be sticky within the mobile phones or another one where users can report malware and how to avoid. May be have a sticky to say "Report Malware Problems for mobile OS"

As an example if you refer to the link below:

So now have you run out of people to argue with and now arguing with the moderators?

Android/IOs is also used on Tablets/Ipads etc so not really a mobile exclusive problem

and I am a Board Guide (not a moderator) , there is a seperate forumteam (not a moderator team) who deal with anything outside the Board guide remit

I think you need to grow up. Unlike fanboys as soon as I see some thing I dont like to read I dont run to moderators to remove or lock threads like a little child . If you cant take the heat dont use the open forum.

Not one of you have been able to answer a simple question. I will make it easy for you so you only need to post A, B or C

If all OS have the malware then download numbers per OS should be the same, as a % of total users unless

    A. Android OS have more malware then other OS

    B. Its users are not so ......

    C. I use other OS such as IOS and Windows Phone.

Which one would you say is correct?
    Just post A, B or C
