The next in take of manpower staff is September. The application online has closed because of the amount of applicants.

Just don't understand how it works really you've got some people taken on within a couple of weeks then some people haven't heard! Said I would prefer to work at Solihull plant. Email said they are waiting for start dates! I suppose that means I must be in? I have heard that if your not successful you hear ASAP! I have to give a months notice which they seemed ok with! What are the holidays (shutdown etc)

Shut down is end of July first week of August....I don't think anyone knows how it all works. I know that we start 2 shift pattern May....the 3 shift starts end of the year so recruiting start of September for that. Honestly though if you can wait it's an amazing place to work and we'll worth the wait. Best of luck x
  • There is overtime in Fa2 if your looking for it just ask your GL with the new up lift they are on the look out for people that can give a hand. Also there is catch back next week for the next 4 weeks so some more overtime.

You earn a half day off for every week there...so eventually you will get paid for all holidays.
  • Had the 'Unfortunately we are unable take your application further' email, absolutely gutted to fail at the final interview stage for EMC. Good luck to all who are successful.

Cheers. The whole 5 year agency contract isn't very good. Do they tend to lay many agency off?
