Hi guys, how clean does your c.r.b. check have to be, mine came back from a previous employer and said 30 years ago I was a bad boy and nicked a car stereo and had to go to court, had a small fine job done...baring in mind it was 30 years ago, will this hinder my chances as I have my interview tomorrow

Anything over 11 years doesn't show on a standard CRB now. An enhanced for working with children etc would show everything. Rules changed 2013.0 -
