    Hi.

I had my interview last Thursday...missed a call today from manpower due to the fact i was just getting into work. Tried to phone back and they were closed.

Does anyone know why they would be ringing me seeing as i only had my interview Thursday??

I've been told different. It's still a year with Manpower and then you get offered a contract. Thats what I've been told by numerous people at the factory[/QUOTE

Trust me!! its 5 years if you start after Jan 1st. Anyone who has had a "union brief" about the new terms and condition's with the pay rise will be able to tell you the truth!!
  • That's how I understand it as well, potentially 5 years with Manpower, although still getting the yearly % pay increments taking you up to 100%.

The £30 attendance allowance is payed after 12 weeks.

£30 is only paid at Castle Brom...not Solihull.
