Alright lads and ladettes,
This has probably been answered ten times over but I couldn't find anything whilst flicking through the hundreds of pages on this thread.
I have previously applied for a spot with JLR through manpower.
Completed the online assessment.
Completed the manual assessment.
As well as attended the interview.
I fell at that last hurdle which in my eyes could more than likely be down to the fact that at the time I was unable to work weekends.
I've applied again nearly a week ago and haven't received an email as of yet and am therefore expecting a phone call to organise a manual assessment. Assuming everything goes smoothly, I was wondering if anyone has any advice for the interview stage to give me the strongest possible chance of getting the job.
