I think they are offering one off short term contracts as well as ongoing contracts in the main.

Not sure how they decide which they offer.
  • OK,I see you've not started long Gazberg ,what sort of contract have you been offered ? Is it a 12 month or a set number of weeks one ( 4,8 ,12 )?

Mine is just ongoing. 12 months with manpower, then 12 month contracts with Jag until they decide to make me permanent.

You have died and gone to heaven mate!! You will be working on the car frames/bodies, which involves loading parts into a robot, or anything which involves building the shell before it goes into the paint shop. I have been in bodyshop 2 for 6 months now and everyone tells me it is the best place to work! Working on Trim & Final is supposed to be the fast paced area to work! Body shop 3 is newly built and i think its building the new Jag..The only thing i would be disappointed with is that anyone who starts since Jan 1st will remain with Agency (Manpower) for 5 years untill they get a JLR contract!!
