Have you worked with people from different backgrounds and how did you build a relationship with them?
Have you ever challenged a process and what was the outcome?
Have you ever had a confrontation with a colleague or someone, what was the outcome?
What did you do, to keep yourself motivated when undertaking a repetitive task?
Have you been late in the past 12 months?
Have you done shift work?
Most of the time is spent filling in forms and filling in the criminal check form, which takes place before the actual interview. Once the interview is finished you’ll have to do a drug test. Once the drug test is completed, you’ll be free to go home.0 -
Hey i completed the manual assessment yesterday at castle vale. I received an email today sayin thanks for succesfully completing this stage and that they will let me know if i have been selected for the next stage in the application. Anyone know how long this will take roughly? It does say in the email that it might take a while due to the high number of applicants0

I recently passed my manual assessment and got a email the next day saying "You have successfully completed this part of the process.
We will be reviewing all applicants at this stage and will be in touch to confirm if you have been selected for the next level of recruitment.
However this may take some time due to the high volume of applicants."
I was just wondering how long it usually takes to hear back?0 -

Call 0191 221 1440, mention your calling regarding JLR and would like to be put through to them, mention that you've passed your manual test and are specificly querying about booking your interview. I and others that have followed these steps got interviews booked the next day after the manual test - I can't guarantee that this will happen when you call, but it's your best bet to hasten the process - hopefully. Good luck0 -
Hi,
Can anyone tell me if they had their interview in the last week of January and have had a call about getting a job? Interview was at Castle Vale.
I received the "passed all stages" email on the 30th Jan but have not heard anything since. The suspense is killing me... :undecided
Thanks0 -

Think you were lucky there, they turned someone away from the interviews when I was there for being too casually dressed.
Is it worth the risk?0
