I completed all the the stages on 15/2/13
What about you ? and to be honest I thought I got no chance!seeing all the other candidates having ago,I was probably the slowest one on all of the assessments. Also Im about to give up a £25500 ayear job for this!
SO A BIG GAMBLE FOR ME!:j0 -
Really pleased for you Buzby. My interview was the week after you, Feb 21st. Had the passed all stages e-mail on 25th. Like you was the slowest in both of the manual assessments and thought I had blown it!
Hoping for some good news, fingers crossed. You enjoy your success.0 -
Hey peeps try and ring them up and say you want solihall . Thats where Im starting!0

Hi peeps
Try and ring them up and tell them you want solihull!!!!!
fingers crossed for you! and everyone else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)0 -
I passed all stages on Tuesday. From what I've read from this thread it's going to be a real headache to get in though. Can't play the waiting game, especially since I'm on Jobseekers, I have to be actively looking for work. Really don't want to be stuck with a crappy minimum wage job when I could be offered this one.
Does anybody know how to get the results from the assessment? I thought I did pretty well so was wondering just how well I did.
Oh and congrats Bubzy0 -

There is nothing to stop you getting another job whilst you wait to hear about a position at JLR.
You usually have at least a weeks notice of a start date, so time to hand in your notice on your crappy minimum wage job.0 -
Tried that Buzby and was told there are no start dates at the moment.
As has been said previously Manpower keep their cards very close to their chest!!0 -
Congrats Buzby!! Hoping to have a similar call soon!
I tried calling them but got the same response as Kiddly

Hi all....
On the 18/02/13 I had the "thanks but no thanks" email...
But now........................
I've received a text from Manpower this morning saying :
"Dear Candidate,
We have recently tried to contact you (they haven't!) regarding your application for work opportunities with Jaguar Land Rover West Midlands.
You have been successful in completing all assesment stages and we would like to give you the opportunity to attend an interview.
Should you wish to take your application further please reply to this text message stating YES, followed by your full name."
I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this text and if it is genuine? As they did say before that they would be in touch in the future... I just didn't expect it this soon. It's all in the small print0
