Only 65 people are transferring from castle brom from what i have been told

I have have completed all my stages and have been succesful for 3 months but no news from manpower.i ring manpower everyweek and they say they will have starting dates next but when you ring them next week they say the same thing, but then when you hear someone on this forum say the have a start date in one week but manpower do not mention this to you.dont know what is going on

Was hearing that last week as well, but only rumour. Have you heard anything official?

Sent an e-mail to JLR asking them for the job description and they just sent me the same useless info that's on the manpower website :huh:

Does anyone have/know the job description or the key skills they are looking for?

No one knows how manpower works with its recruitment , I waited 4 months some 12 months some not at all !! As the email states you will just have to be patient and good luck to all and hope you are the lucky few to be taken on at Solihull or Castle Brom ;-)

I believe recruitment is slowing down for Castle Brom as the shifts are getting ready now for the build of the F-type... But that does not mean other shifts in the future will not be created for demand ... I will keep my fingers crossed for you ;-)
