Hi, I did my online assessment test yday and didnt complete all of the questions in time and for the second set, I did 60/61, so close. I just want to know how do you know if you failed? Do they tell you after the online assessment or do you just know if they dont offer you a manual assessment?0

its your overall performance not whether you failed to do one task in the allotted time or failed to follow the instruction they know that people will get nervous and panic there are hundreds of people that messed up parts of the test working at jaguar land rover that are doing the job well and holding it comfortably and as for the selection process that is anyones guess but as you will see on the news 800 jobs are to created at land rover and jaguar will be taking on more but im not sure of the numbers0

Hi, I did my online test in November, had an E-mail within 48 hours saying that they would be in touch, then one to say I had been unsuccessful at this time. Then had ANOTHER e-mail 2nd of Jan to contact them.I took my manual assessment on 9th jan, and they have called me in for an interview tomorrow, having passed the manual assessments. So don't give up and good luck!
Anyone else got to this stage in this intake?im trying for Castle Bromwich.0 -

I had my interview today but I had to pester Manpower to find out the outcome of my manual assessment as I received an email the day after my manual assessment saying they will get in touch with me 30-60 days with the outcome. (I took my manual assessment on 5th December)
Wasn't happy with waiting so long so I called them up last week and asked for the outcome and they gave it me and put me in for the interview.
For the interview you are interviewed by Manpower not JLR, the interview is competency based so questions are based around team work, solving problems, repetitive work and working under pressure. My advice is to take your time with the questions as I have taken quite a few competency based interviews and I found some of Manpowers questions not clear in what they are asking for.
Good luck!!0 -
