Was you told at the interview how long you would have to wait to find out if you had the job or not? And were you in contact with Manpower during these 4 months or did you just wait for them to get in touch with you?

I bet that was a killer waiting 4 months. i had my "successfully passed all stages email" less than 2 weeks ago and its driving me mad. Well done mate

Hi there ,
Was not told at interview how long I would have to wait for a position to arise , My advice would be if you are successfull in passing all assessments is to to ring them every couple of weeks and ask them if they have start dates and give then your name so keeps your name in the hat if you know what I mean ;-)

Yes mate ... Was frustrating but worth it now ... All I say To everyone is be patient , Manpower are dealing with thousands and thousands of applications.

An 0121 number then had to ring manpower jaguar castle Bromwich 024 number because I missed call and they left an answer phone message

Yeah I get what you mean, I asked the guy who interviewed me how long it would take to find out the outcome. I was expecting him to say they can't say how long it will take due to the amount of applicants but instead he said 3-4 days at most 7days. But I will give manpower two weeks to see if they get back to me and then call them if they haven't. I understand they are dealing with loads of applicants but when you have one member of staff telling you one thing and another telling you something different it gets frustrating.

Oh and you are lucky just to wait 4months one of my friend who now works at land rover waited a year to get the job!!
