Hi my OH comleted online assessment on 13/01/13 and recieved the emai stating: Thank you for completing the assessment stage of your application to work for Manpower at JLR West Midlands. We really appreciate the time you have put into your application, and hope you enjoyed completing the assessments.
Please be aware that we have had a high volume of applicants, however you will receive an email detailing the next stages in due course.
But as of yet hasnt heard a thing no phone call or follow up email.

Id recommend waiting no more than a week to contact them to be honest, they're probably just busy processing the assessments but it wont hurt to check whats going on.0 -

Hi I did my first online assessment for jag manpower on 06/12/12 and have been following this forum ever since an found it very helpful. I have now been offered a start date for 28/01/13. I was constantly on phone between all stages so that is the advice I give. Keep your name in the hat!0

So you basically want to know if you can cheat the test?
They can and do perform random drugs tests. And if anyone raises a suspicion I bet the tests aren't that random!
They are quite strict as you can be building high prestige cars which can cost up to £120k and people have been sacked for eating on the shop floor.0 -

I have to agree with Richard, they're very strict at Jag, If you know you have drugs in your system then I wouldn't even waste your time turning up.0
