For those people who are applying for the newly advertised 800 jobs at Solihull, I have just been in touch with Manpower (I'm waiting on an interview) and they said that the interviews for this new campaign have not started yet and will commence in a week or so.

Cant be 100% sure this is accurate but thought I'd throw it out there for those who are waiting.

Seem to be a bit confused as to where I stand at the moment, had my manual assessment last Friday (25th) and was told we'd hear in 48 hours. Phoned manpower yesterday and they said it could take up to 30 days. Really need this job, wish they'd hurry up!
Anyone else waiting to hear back from manual assessment?

People can wait from 2 weeks up to 12 months for a call , that's if you get the job!! All I can say is be patient I waited 4 months and I thought that was ages before I came to the training and asked other people here .

Wow, 4 months. That's bad news! Do people even get an email to say they haven't got any further or do they just wait?

from my experience you get a call about 3-7 days after the manual assessment to invite you to the formal interview.thats if you passed

No idea that's just how manpower work .

Hi guys
My husband did an online assessment yesterday he received an email saying he had passed I gather as they said they would be in touch.
Does anyone know how long it takes for them to get in touch and is it via email or phone? He had a missed call today off an unknown number so is worrying it is them and he missed it any help appreciated we live directly facing castle Bromwich site so hoping he has a shot at this job !
