I had my final interview on 30th August and got the call on Friday (30th November) with my start date of 7th January. I really had given up hope of hearing anything, so anybody still waiting, don't give up. :-)

hi what u mean by the 70% treshold? i start my training next week so what about me?

Anybody who starts after jan 1st will be on 70% of what the Jaguar Employees are on, and 10% lower than what the current manpower are on.

hi any 1 knw about new starters not being able to use car park? when i was called about my start date i was told to park in car park by mcdonalds or something tried calling back but not getting a answer? also are tracksuit bottoms ok to wear on training?cheers

You will receive your uniform on your first day so trackie bottoms will be fine, You won't be able to park in the car park as I believe they have closed part of the main car park and the available spaces are for production staff only.

had pera training guy round at workstation today he says 1200 more jobs after xmas split between jag and land rover
