I don't agree with your reasoning, as surely "mail" comes via the postman. Leaflets from other sources are just advertising drops which RM will not be interested in, in my opinion.0 -
I've assumed that it is ONLY stuff delivered by the postman that we log, we do get other stuff through the door but I generally know that hasn't come from Royal Mail. For example, we get a community magazine once a month, I'm reasonably sure they don't want me to log that. I received my first unaddressed mail this week yesterday and I had both of the two specific items mentioned on the website (I think items will vary by location as I recall some saying they had 4 specific ones to look for).
Also, do not include anything that is addressed to The Occupier or The Householder if it also has your address on it as that is classed as normal addressed mail (even though its likely to be junk).2020 Wins:

Got my final posting pack yesterday - I got a presentation pack which had my normal two books of stamps tucked in it, and there were two more books in the envelope when I emptied it out! I have a feeling the double stamps was probably an error but its nice all the same.
Do the unused SMART envelopes go back to Kantar or back to Royal Mail please?
It will be nice to have a break for a few months and I already have a correctly delivered survey lined up for next week in addition to the ongoing unaddressed survey.2020 Wins:

I'm still waiting, did e mail them and they said when a vacancy in my area is avaiable I will be invited backhope its soon had to start buying stamps again as just used up my supply. Got another correctly delivered coming up soon so that helps.

No, I got the same when I left, one presentation pack and 2 lots of the stamps, obviously we left just as the months stamps were sent out, so we got the months stamps and the thank you for being part of the survey ones."Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138

The SMART envelopes certainly do not go to Royal Mail.
You can fold all but one and seal them inside the remaining one and pop them back in the post to Kantar.0 -

Such a pity I am resting from main survey.
In the past, we have had a really good delivery service with a great local postie but they have recently altered the delivery system and now send out a van with 2 posties to deliver mail over a wider area.
It has been noticeable that mail is not being delivered as promptly. Today our good postie was in a van delivering "signed for" mail only. He told us that they have such backlog at the sorting office so people have not had a delivery for 2 days. As we have been receiving mail, we will not receive a normal delivery today.

It seems daft that those who have already done it before are being made to do the initial training again, especially if you did it for several years! I know procedures, etc can change but it's a bit of a waste of resources!
You're missing the point. The idea is to CHEAT one months worth of stamps out of us.:mad::mad:SECRET OF SUCCESS IN LIFE:
