This is the FAQ covering what to do if you receive an item with a missing R number (but with a SMART). Can anyone advise whether the guidance is up-to-date, please? I seem to remember reading something suggesting that the procedure's been changed:

"I have received an item without an R-Number insert but it does have a SMART inside. How do I enter the item and SMART details?

You will not be able to enter the details for this item or SMART. Please return the item to us and return the SMART in one of our pre-paid SMART Return Envelopes."

I just sent the SMART back, they don't get items anymore (I had emailed them but they didn't reply)

The postman has to deliver a variety of unaddressed mail with the household mail so it will probably be any of that junk. Hopefully it will be stuff that is easily recognisable and not any letters just addressed "to the householder".

Perhaps as we will have to look at it a bit more closely, we should get a payment from the sender as well!!

Yep it is, as I thought, I've just logged in to have a look, there are 4 examples listed that want dates received against and also we are asked to list how many apart from those we receive - must admit this could be difficult given just how much junk mail comes through the door daily to identify what is from the postman and what is from general leaflet deliverers, unless I am in when the postman puts them through.. but all in all it looks a simple enough screen to log the items at least.

I've just looked at this and agree seems easy enough to do. I shall do it daily not weekly as that seems to be the better option for me.

Interesting that they have the dates for just 3 weeks listed at the moment. We will have to wait and see how many weeks we end up having to do it. As long as they pay £5 per 3 weeks, I shall be happy.

Am also going to do it daily, it's so quick each day and I won't forget if I get in a routine. I noticed the 3 weeks listed on the screen, guess we'll just do it 3 times in a row with Christmas week off - I'm happy with £15 as we should get now I've seen it, it's quicker than the Correctly Delivered Survey at least although I've got one of those to do soon as well!

I don't think whoever produces the wording in their emails/training instructions makes it as clear and easy as it could be, most things are simple but they seem to over complicate things!

For the first few weeks, you will only be required to post items. Guidelines of how to do this will be included in the Sender Pack." :T

Welcome back all those rejoining...I rejoined and received my first senders pack a few weeks ago...and it feels a bit like a game of snakes and ladders...

I did the panel for several years before the 6 month rotations were announced and then was rested in april this year, got lots of correctly delivered surveys to do so it never really felt that I had left, just a case of receiving l2s vouchers rather than stamps!....pleased to get back on a few weeks ago but boy do I feel undervalued....as im right back on basic training...I havent even recieved a piece of post yet from someone else and am just getting 2 items a week to post but only the training test items...at this rate it will be christmas before they let me loose with a smart and before I know it time for another 6 month rest....
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend

It seems daft that those who have already done it before are being made to do the initial training again, especially if you did it for several years! I know procedures, etc can change but it's a bit of a waste of resources!
