I had a door to door one...a man came round with a laptop and introduced himself and I did a doorstep survey which took about 5 mins, asking about what sort of hobbies and fitness we did then I got five pounds LTS voucher from him simples!

Not had my stamps either. Glad it wasn't just me! Sent them an e-mail. They used to be really good as responding but not so much anymore...

I've just realised they've sent me the wrong envelopes in next weeks posting pack. I'm meant to be posting 1 medium brown and 2 large brown, but they've enclosed 2 medium brown and a small white

No. But they will know that I need putting back on. A quick system report and they can see what's happening. It's intentional IMO and I feel cheated,

Have you sent them an email - would normally say ring but as theres more than one error, at least on an email you can include posting numbers etc.
