This happened to me a couple of weeks ago - I emailed them and detailed all the items I could not post (and why). They took over a week to get back to me but then said that was fine and to return any SMARTS that were allocated by the system to those items to Kantar.

Do we know if anyone has actually been invited back to the panel after the 6 month rest?

They do not seem to be as well organised as in the past - not replying to emails, getting packs wrong - wonder if they have cutback on staff.

Yes, after about 5-6 months I was invited back, starting again with the training items.

YES...I have....
I was rested back in April and rejoined a few weeks ago...although I am right back at the training level so still just sending and not receiving...

Whilst I was rested I had 4 or maybe even 5 correctly delivered fortnights so ive not really felt I was ever away from it...

Another invite today to a correctly delivered survey. Only finished one a little while ago.
I am also doing the 8(?) week different survey so still "earning" even though I am rested.

Hi all. I'm new to this and have a quick question. I have received a couple of items that say 'return this letter & envelope to XXX on Friday' but with no address details. On the website I tried to order the stationary for return items, but nothing has arrived after a month. Does anyone know if anything will arrive, or have I missed some instruction somewhere?

You should keep the items you receive for a week or so, in case there are any queries, then just destroy them. You don't need to send them anywhere. This is just old stationery that's being used up.

I'm back with the test items, after having completed test items 6 months ago. Don't know if it'll be the same thing again? Nice to have some stamps for Christmas though

I have just had another correctly delivered invite, only just done one. I have e mailed them to ask when I might be back on the panel after being rested in April but no answer yet.

Is this the unaddressed mail one? I've had something about this today, but am a bit unsure on the payments. The email says

"The survey requires each participant to record receipt of Unaddressed Mail items by comparing all items received against images on the website. On Average you will receive 6-10 items per week.

This is the first wave of participation and will require data entry until 7th January 2013. All waves after this will be a 3 week wave, which upon 100% completion we will send you a £5 high street voucher. As the first wave is 6 weeks this will be issued twice. "

I seriously hope I'll be getting more than £5 for the 8 weeks, what do you guys think?
