I have not received my November incentive too. There was a letter saying "please find your November "incentive" but there were no stamps!!". Not happy about it at all. I e-mailed them but had no reply... I certainly would not do it for free.

I e-mailed them straight away yesterday but they seem do not bother to reply...

Same here, got the slip inside the posting pack saying 'here is your november incentive' but no stamps anywhere inside.
I feel bad about emailing them again as i had no stamps last month because i had a weeks holiday and i'm sure they were due to be in that weeks posting pack, but i'm glad i'm not the only one who hasnt received them. Must be an error in their packing department.

I don't usually open my posting packs until Sunday so as items don't get confused with the current week, but I thought I'd better check as some people have a missing incentive. Mine was in there, fortunately, a compliment slip plus two books of stamps (all loose in the envelope). Hope the rest of you get yours sorted out soon.

What's 'Door 2 Door'? It's on my daily task list at the minute but they're doing a scheduled system update so it's probably not supposed to be!

I have had a response to say "The next set of incentive stamps will be within next week’s postal pack."
So hopefully they will arrive this week sometime.
