Might not be quite such a good idea to put the address on a public forum....

Just to be safe have now deleted details as problem resolved.

    I haven't received any either.

Glad I wasn't alone but I did get one large envelope yesterday for the survey so perhaps they are behind with issuing them.

I have just been invited to the parcel survey and deciding whether or not to do it.

Does anyone do it and is it worth the extra hassle seeing as you have to pay up front to post the parcel. How many do they send you to post as in the first email with the pdf details it says a parcel every 3-4 weeks, yet in the actual invite it says once or twice a month.

I'd like to know about this too, as I got invited to do this but due to resting I will get on this when invited back I was told. :)

I was doing this until I was rested last month.

I used to receive a parcel about every 2/3 months although I think some people received more.

Although you have to pay the postage, you receive L2S vouchers beforehand which cover the cost of the postage plus the reward - this depends on the size of the parcel.

These have to be taken to a PO (or subPO) as you need to obtain a certificate and I think you need transport when you post the large one. I did not find it gave me a large amount of vouchers over the year but OK if you have a PO near you.

I am at the end of my surveys but I still have four smarts to return. I have requested smart envelopes but twice been sent a very large plastic bag to return but there is no longer an option to request smart envelopes on the system. There is also only three of the smarts showing up in red on the system. Should I send the four remaining smarts back in the large bag and do they require any other info (I kept all the postal survey info). I have already logged to return the three smarts showing. The bag just seems too large to put smarts in! :D

There is for me - SMART return envelopes are the first item in the list of stationery items which can be requested.

The procedure is that you receive a parcel which is just a box containing a foam lump.

You then have to return a form with details about the parcel and then wait for your instructions for posting it on. The form arrives in a letter advising you that a parcel is on the way.

At this point you will receive a large envelope and everything else you need, together with your reward. After you have posted it, you have to complete and return another form.

Think that is it from memory.
