I have received my last pack for next week. They did however give me a nice presentation pack and the monthly stamps again.

I got an email to say I would be rested in around 5 weeks, which sounds about right.

With my posting pack for week just ending there were some errors - there were 3 missing envelopes and 1 wrong envelope (leaving only 2 correct items). I emailed them early Monday morning and have still had no reply, I emailed again on Friday (forwarding the original email just in case) to let them know I was not able to post those 4 items (I wasn't risking using the wrong envelope in case it was put down as my mistake). This is the first pack I've had that has not been correct, what normally happens in these cases please?

I phoned them when they sent me the numbers and envelopes for another panellist and none of my own. I gave them the id of the other person, and they said they'd log my stuff as missing and I didn't need to do anything else. The ones I didn't post showed up as red for a week then vanished from the system, so as long as you've emailed them the details all it means is a quiet posting week for you.

Did a Correctly Delivered survey at beginning of September and received a £5 voucher last week. Best to call or email them.

Has anyone doing the special 8 week survey received their 3 items last week? I haven't received any so far and wondered if anyone else had the same situation.

i got mines last week best email or phone them might have got ( lost) in the post

Im being rested at the moment but im doing the correctly delivered again next week. I only did it in August so very pleased as it's an easy £5
