I'm on my last survey week before being rested but I have one that's written as adding a smart but it doesn't say online to add. I have two smarts left over, shall I just go by the online instructions and leave out the smart then just send the two left over smarts back at end of week?
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!

Go by the online system as that is more up to date. At the end of this week just pop them back in an envelope and post them back. hth :)

I got a letter this morning with a smart but no R number - it looks as if the poster just forgot to stick it on the insert.
The problem is the system won't let me log it on - if I tick the box saying no R number it sends me to a page I don't recognise asking about characteristics, none of which apply and which don't do anything when I click on them anyway.
Any suggestions before I try to ring or email them?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

When I had one of them they just said pop it all in a envelope and return it all to them with a note saying no R number. I just put it in the SMART envelope all together. :)

I've also got one today with no number and a smart inside.

I read that in FAQ too to just send it back to them but wouldn't it be a different address to where we send the smarts to? I'm on my last week this week so will have a few smarts to send back, the letter I got today is a large brown envelope! Would I send this too...sorry...I'm a bit confused. :o

I just put it all in a SMART envelope as they will probably need to get the smart and paper back in one go. Or if you wanted you could order some return bags on the stationary requests. The addresses are all same on all of the stationary. Should be the same address as on the large brown weekly envelope. :)
