I had five to return a few weeks ago and put them all in one envelope.

It says in the training info:

"You should now place the SMART(s) in a prepaid SMART return envelope and send it back to us."

I am at the end of my surveys but I still have four smarts to return. I have requested smart envelopes but twice been sent a very large plastic bag to return but there is no longer an option to request smart envelopes on the system. There is also only three of the smarts showing up in red on the system. Should I send the four remaining smarts back in the large bag and do they require any other info (I kept all the postal survey info). I have already logged to return the three smarts showing. The bag just seems too large to put smarts in!

The address for returning smarts is

edited out

so if the envelope you have been sent has this address I should use it to return all the smarts you have.

Might just be worthwhile sending them an e-mail telling them the ref. on the one which isn't on the system for you.

Yes as that address is printed on certain things.

I have now officially been rested. I posted my last letter today. So hopefully I will get invited back soon.

I am due to be rested any time now, i know you can still be invited to do the correctly delivered surveys while rested but what about the daily draw for £10? Do you still get entered in that?
