  • Hi All
Sorry to mither you all again but I have another question and hope someone can help. I have just started to sort my letters for this week and notice that the SMART number on my online jobs does not match the SMART number on the SMART that has been sent. Do I just send it or send the letter without and send the SMART back ???

    Thanks in advance xx

Smarts don't have numbers? They have 4 letter id codes?

  • Royal mail indicas count as a type of paid postage, so not a postmark, have a look at the Training section, Post Marks, Frank Marks and SSC Codes Explained. Hth's!

I think as you look at the online system you are looking at the item number. If there is no 4 letter code and it says add smart click on the item and it should give you the option to add a smart in stock. :)

thanks for the reply, but sorry it doesnt really help. There never seems to be an option to record this type of paid postage, except on magazines etc. So I am still not sure.

  • The system only asks what sort of postage, i.e. stamp or Frank on for some items, I have never been asked which postage was used for an item that has a PPI on it and I have been doing the survey for about 2 years now, Hth's!

    Correctly delivered question for you.
I clicked the link on the home page of the site for the correctly delivered survey, and I presume I've been accepted as the correctly delivered box has now appeared on my task bar.
However I don't remember the dates, although I think it was the end of August. Will I get a confirmation email before it starts telling me what I need to do and when?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

If you click on the 'Correctly delivered' link, it tells you which dates you need to enter info for.

You should receive an email with further instructions (including a correctly delivered guidelines document) about a week before your starting date.
